Commerical Terms

All services are subject to the following terms and conditions


For the purpose of this agreement 'the Client' is the person, body of people, organisation or company and their Agents or Assignees that commissioned the services of CRUSH Associates Limited.

'CRUSH Associates Limited' is the trading name of CRUSH Associates Limited and its Agents and Assignees.

'CRUSH Photography & Journalism' forms part of CRUSH Associates Limited.

'CRUSH' forms part of CRUSH Associates Limited.

"Images" are all photographic material, graphic design work, illustration, text, and other works in the form of printed media or in any electronic form on CD, DVD or on the Internet, or parts thereof produced by CRUSH Associates Limited and its Agents and Assignees.


CRUSH Associates Limited reserves the right to use external contractors to produce work where necessary. Copyright for all images and materials are owned by CRUSH Associates Limited. No image or part thereof may be copied or reused in any form without the written consent of the copyright holder.

All work produced for each individual client is for that client only and may not be transferred without the written consent of CRUSH Associates Limited. The client shall not 'pass on' any images to be used by another party or in conjunction with another party.

CRUSH Associates Limited retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for any purpose. No work is exclusive to the client unless agreed in writing.

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy together with our terms of use sets out how CRUSH Associates Limited will use any personal data we collect or you provide us during your use of the on-line photo service (the 'website').

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is CRUSH Associates Limited ('we', 'our', 'us'), The White Cottage, Braceby, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG32 1JX. We may from time to time use data processors, who are not employees, agents or otherwise connected with us, with whom we have an agreement to process your data ('Data Processors').

We respect the privacy of every individual who visits the website. Our policy on the collection and use of personal onformation is outlined below.

1. Administer or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement that you may have with us.

In order to take advantage of some of our services, you may need to supply us with the personal details of a third party (for example, their name and address if you wish to send them some prints). We will not use the information for anything other than providing the service for which the information was supplied.

We will not disclose any personally identifiable information without your permission unless:

1. We are legally entitled to do so (for exmaple, pursuant to a court order or for the purposes of prevention of crime or fraud). You will be treated as having given your permission for disclosures referred to in the policy.

2. We are in negotiations with a third party for the sale or purchase of any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

3. We, or substantially all our assets, are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its' customers will be one of the transferred assets.

4. To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, or to protect our rights, property, safety, customers, or others.

Non-personal Details

We may automatically collect non-personal information about you, such as the type of brower you use or the website from which you linked to us. This information is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on the website. We may, from time to time, supply the owners and the operators of third party websites which have a link to our site with information about the number of users linking to the website from their website. You cannot be identified from any of this information.


The technology that we use and the policies that we have been implemented are intended to safeguard your privacy from unauthorised access and improper use. We will continiue to update these measures as new technology becomes available.
